Hotel Olimpo

Mr. Giuseppe and his wife welcomed us from day one with warm, genuine smiles, and her kindness really made us feel at home. That feeling made the holiday wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, always greeting us with smiles, and everyone in the bright dining room was professional and kind. The food was excellent, fresh, plentiful, and carefully prepared each day, both the meat and fish. Our sea-view room was magnificent, with the color and sound of the sea greeting us each morning. It was renovated, spotless and well equipped, including a spacious shower, safe and refrigerator. The hotel has excellent brand-new bicycles, and the beach directly opposite is beautifully organized. The woman who cleaned our first-floor room was efficient, exceptionally kind and helpful. From the moment we walked into reception, we could feel the sea and holiday atmosphere. A top-notch vacation, thank you all!

We spent a week here and came away very happy with it. Mr. Beppe was always friendly and attentive, and the wait staff were kind and ready to help with any request. There's a fish first and second course every day, and the food is really good. The rooms were clean and had every comfort. Being right on the seafront was lovely. We'd definitely recommend a stay.

Coming back, even for a short stay, felt just like being at my grandparents' house. I've known the managers for years, and there's warmth, family, love and a smile from good morning to good night. Lunch and dinner bring back sweet memories of old-fashioned grandmother cooking and revive the taste buds. The hotel was lovely inside, newly renovated and much nicer than the outside suggests. I was there with my family and in-laws in the second week of July. Everyone was kind, attentive and helpful, from the dining room staff and reception to the owner. They accommodated all our requests. The beach is just steps away, well kept and organized. Our rooms were simple but nice, spacious, clean and comfortable. The holiday was wonderful, everything was done well, and I'd give it more than five stars. You know how to look after people. I'll be back soon, hopefully next year. A few small things could be improved, though they don't change my opinion. The front entrance could use a little gate. The coffee wasn't drinkable, though maybe that was just a one-off. The balcony was small and had no table, and the drying rack was small too, but neither was a real problem. The top-floor rooms have no covering. The beach could use a covered, enclosed or fenced place to store toys on windy days. The third bed was right under the air conditioning, and the elevator could be hard to catch at certain times. As for the food, the pasta was very al dente. In my opinion, two more minutes would be ideal, and I work in the restaurant business myself.
