The owners were very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was excellent. The room for four wasn’t huge, but there was enough space to move around. For visiting San Benedetto, it’s well placed: both the sea and town center are a 10-minute walk away, or two minutes by car. The center comes alive at night and has a large, lovely market twice a week. Parking is the main drawback, since street parking there and nearby is free and almost never available. About 50 meters away, though, there’s a multi-storey car park that serves the hospital too. You can get daily or weekly passes at reasonable prices, and the car is sheltered from rain and strong sun.

The owner was so kind and helpful, and getting into the center was easy. The sea is about a 10-minute walk away. We stayed three nights in a modern, very clean room with all the comforts, and the fresh croissants each morning were a real treat. Best of all, the towels smelled fresh. I’d happily recommend it.

We spent two nights here over Christmas. The service was excellent and the room was clean. The location was especially handy, about 50 meters from the center and 150 meters from the sea.

The rooms and shared spaces were impeccably clean, which made for a calm, relaxing stay. There’s also a kitchen with a fridge and microwave. The owner was welcoming and ready to help from the start. B&B "Marlin" is a great base for getting around San Benedetto del Tronto. I rented a bike, though it’s also easy to explore on foot. The beach and city center are just a short walk away, so I could enjoy the lively atmosphere without needing a car.

This was my second visit, and I had a wonderful time again. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming, the breakfast buffet was well stocked, and the owners were friendly and helpful. I’d highly recommend staying here.
