The whole reason my daughter booked your hotel was its location near the concert, since she had no way to get around on her own. She’d bought a ticket for a concert at the end of August and called about four months ahead to reserve a room. The booking and the agreement that she could pay on arrival were also confirmed by text. In mid-July, she called to ask about adding another night and found out there was NO RESERVATION under her name. If she hadn’t made that call, she would have shown up with nowhere to stay. Once the mistake came to light, the hotel offered to recommend another place, but it had no pool and, worse, was roughly two kilometres from the concert venue in a rather isolated area. My husband and I had to drive her there and collect her, which cost us extra. Thank you so much!

We spent three days here and everything was excellent. The rooms were perfect, and there’s a large, leafy garden with a pool. Breakfast was excellent too. Mr. Francesco Cognigni is very kind and pleasant. Great choice if you’re looking to relax for a few days.

I ate really well here. It’s a beautiful place, with the exceptional starred chef Francesco Cognigni, who is also a true professional.
