We left feeling like friends, and this was definitely the highlight of our trip to Italy. Pasquale and Sara welcomed us warmly to their beautiful B&B. They were attentive and kind, and Pasquale made sure we were comfortable at check-in. His breakfast was amazing. Sara also guided us through a private cooking class where we made four kinds of pasta, the best we've ever had. If you're lucky, you might see hot air balloons crossing the valley at sunrise.

The cooking class was the best part of our stay at Dimore Mezza Costa. Sara and Pasquale spent a lovely afternoon showing us how to make authentic regional dishes. Their enthusiasm for Tuscan life comes through, and they made the whole visit feel personal, with a warm welcome, plenty of time for us, and lovely suggestions for exploring the area. The property itself is a beautiful restored Tuscan home, mixing rustic charm with modern comfort. Its beauty and the hosts' warmth made this the highlight of our Italy trip. We left refreshed and inspired, already thinking about coming back. For an authentic, luxurious, heartwarming stay in Tuscany, we'd say book Dimore Mezza Costa. The room was beautifully designed and cared for, and we had a relaxing time in the spa. Pasquale and Sara looked after us so well, kindly taking care of our needs. We also enjoyed a tasty homemade breakfast. This is a thoughtfully run, really cute B&B in a fantastic spot in the hills, a few kilometers from Firenze, among the valley Pass hills and close to the Chianti region. A perfect place for a romantic getaway near Firenze 😊🩷

Grazie mille Sara and Pascal!!! Our time in Italy was AMAZING!! The breakfasts were delicious, and that cappuccino was superb 👌 The pasta cooking class was a real highlight, and I'd recommend it to anyone visiting.

It was nice to stay away from all the city noise. The hosts are very accommodating, and the location makes a good starting point for exploring the whole Tuscany region.
