The host wasn't helpful, the heating didn't work, and the French balcony had plastic instead of glass. It was 7 degrees Celsius outside, and we asked for a partial refund for the night without heating. We didn't break anything; apparently we were insolent enough to leave the house a bad review on booking.com. Here comes the host's response, making up stories. Hope nobody chooses their services.

The owner was always kind and helpful, and we’d definitely come back. The place has lots of well-kept space inside and out, with everything you need, including table football and ping pong. There’s everything for a barbecue, and you can park your car inside the gate. It’s perfectly placed for visiting Chianti and Firenze.
