The views are stunning, the building is lovely, and the rooms feel airy and good value. We’ve been here two days and are loving the setting. The pool is a real help when the heat gets too much. One thing to plan for: you’ll need a car, or plenty of money for taxis.

It’s a beautiful, peaceful spot, but I found the owners intolerant. They take wedding group bookings, yet don’t seem to accept the noise that comes with them. The pool was meant to be open but wasn’t, which also left me feeling they were close to being dishonest.

The pool, rooms, and authentic building were all great. My only gripe was the 10:30 checkout and how it was communicated. That could have been handled more nicely.

Really quiet, lovely place, and very clean. The host was sweet and the service was good. The pool area was nice, with a very big swimming pool. I loved staying here.
