Excellent place.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the owner and staff were kind, welcoming, and helpful. We stayed for a few days around the week of August 15th and were pleasantly surprised by this lovely spot in the historic center of San Chirico Raparo. It's up in the old town, near the bell tower and just below the castle ruins, with a wonderful view. Our only letdown was that there wasn't a typical restaurant nearby, which isn't the property's fault. Thanks for everything, highly recommended!

We especially loved the outdoor hot tub, and breakfast came with delicious homemade cakes. The hotel has several buildings in a charming B&B style, with lovely landscaping outside and spacious rooms that are simple yet elegant. The view over the cathedral and surrounding countryside is stunning. Staff were friendly, attentive, and professional. A great choice for hiking nearby or just enjoying the town's peaceful feel and hospitality. Highly recommended!

There's a lot to see in the beautiful surroundings, though the village itself doesn't offer much, so come prepared. Dining options are limited: there's only one pizzeria, and for lunch or dinner you'll need to head down into town. If you're in a group, a little shop there sells mountain specialties, and its owner can make traditional takeaway dishes if you ask. When we visited, it wasn't very busy yet, and apart from breakfast there was no bar or restaurant at the B&B. The B&B sits on a hilltop in the center of town and has a lovely panoramic solarium with a small pool or hot tub, great for relaxing. The owner was friendly and helpful. Parking can be tricky. There is a garage, but spaces are limited so book ahead. Getting to it means driving up a narrow, steep road, which can be hard with a long car. Be patient, or leave the car in the square.
