Il Lauro B&B

We left already wanting to come back. Il Lauro is a peaceful green oasis in the Marche hills, with lovely views of the surrounding countryside and easy access to small villages and the sea. Giuliano and Eleonora were discreet and kind, always attentive to making our stay go smoothly. The room and bathroom were spotless, tastefully furnished and comfortable. Ours was one of three first-floor rooms, decorated in lilac, and it was bright, with three lovely windows, including a very large one in the bathroom. Outside, the furnished porch has both a dining spot and a sitting area with a view. The pool was spotless and carefully maintained by Giuliano, with large umbrellas, comfortable loungers and a shower. There’s also a beautiful outdoor hot tub beside the olive garden. Breakfast was generous and delicious, with Eleonora’s cakes, pancakes, filled crepes and brioche, as well as fresh fruit, scrambled eggs and bacon, caprese salad, cured meats, yogurt and more. It’s served in a spacious ground-floor room with a lounge, TV and fireplace. Lunch and dinner were excellent too, with options for different tastes. Thank you, Giuliano and Eleonora!

The room was spotless, and there’s a lovely pool for guests. Giuliano and his wife gave me a warm welcome, and the property was well cared for. Breakfast was excellent, even with my lactose intolerance. I’d happily recommend it and will return. Thank you.

It’s a quiet retreat surrounded by nature, ideal for relaxing, and the beach is just 15 minutes away. We hadn’t seen fireflies in years, and every night they were there as we fell asleep. Eleonora and Giuliano were lovely, discreetly looking after us with excellent breakfasts and lunch and dinner as well. Highly recommended.

We spent a week here with my son and our furry little Cookie, and they welcomed and pampered us like family. Giuliano and Eleonora, the owners, are professional but always available, kind, cheerful and sunny. The property is beautiful, well kept and surrounded by greenery, with a lovely pool and hot tub for relaxing. It’s also well placed for the sea and for visiting nearby places. I’ve saved the location on my phone because we’ll be very happy to come back. Thanks again for everything.
