Residence Villa Antica Torre

The villa may once have been beautiful, but it feels quite worn out now. The management seemed uninterested in our problems and didn't respond to messages. They also didn't seem to care that our children wanted to sleep at 8 AM. Before eight, the cleaning crew came with a motorized blower and loudly cleared dirt from the pavement right outside our window. The apartments are worn inside too, and there doesn't seem to be any investment in renovations. We had specifically asked for a bedroom with two separate beds, but the room wasn't as shown in the photos. Instead, an uncomfortable extra bed had been put beside a double bed. I wouldn't recommend this place, especially if you like to sleep in until eight on vacation.

We had the pool to ourselves most of the time, and the grounds felt very peaceful. There’s lots of greenery and shaded places to sit, and everything is very well maintained. The pool was spotless, the furnishings stylish and high quality, and the staff incredibly friendly and accommodating. The price seemed like good value, especially in the off-season. I highly recommend it!

We enjoyed the holiday overall, and the grounds are very well maintained, but I wouldn’t recommend the place and wouldn’t return. The accommodation itself is beautiful, though some staff members don’t seem to understand good service or customer friendliness. The person who checked us in was unfriendly, incompetent, and arrogant. Wi-Fi was very poor, and on our last day the pool water was yellow-green and too cold, so we didn’t want to swim. We were two families in one apartment and received only one key, which was very inconvenient. There are stairs everywhere, so it’s unsuitable for older people.

The website looks fantastic, but the actual stay was a long way from that. Leaf blowers and lawnmowers ran every day from 6:30 am, and the pool was only open for swimming from 9 am to 12 pm and 3 pm to 7 pm. It’s about a 25-minute walk to the beach, and the place felt unsuitable for children. Poor value for money. Final cleaning costs an extra €150 and isn’t included.
