Camping Boschetto Di Piemma

The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay nicer. The tent area has lovely trees for much-appreciated shade 🌳 and is conveniently near the restrooms and showers, though it's also close enough to the restaurant to hear its noise 🔊. The toilets and showers are clean and spacious, with soap and toilet paper provided 🧴🧻. The pool is outside the campground, which isn't ideal. Camping guests get in free, but need to buy a swim cap if they don't already have one, and the pool could be cleaner 🏊‍♂️.

We were expecting somewhere peaceful and relaxing, but it didn't feel welcoming, and we left after only 15 minutes. The nearly empty campsite gave us its most isolated bungalow, which was cold, empty, and smelled bad. It had none of the charm in the photos. The pool being outside the campsite was a real disappointment too.

We had expected a peaceful, pleasant stay at Camping Boschetto di Piemma, but left after less than 20 minutes. The bungalow smelled bad, felt empty and had no warmth or comfort, unlike the photos. Even though the campsite was nearly empty, we were given the farthest bungalow. The pool being outside the campsite was another big letdown. Your response says more about your character than ours. We received only a partial refund, not a full one. Rather than accept honest feedback, you publicly insulted your guests. That says a lot about your professionalism and how much you care about defending your reputation over improving your service. I will notify booking.com because the information they gave us is completely wrong.

The internet at the campsite didn't reach my room, and the rooms were far from clean. Staff were extremely rude, especially at reception, where the attitude was unacceptable and there was no friendliness at all. If you want somewhere remote in the middle of nowhere with unreliable internet, this could suit you. At that price, maybe expecting even the most basic amenities of a proper campsite is unrealistic.
