Hotel Sovestro

The wine tasting was a highlight, with wine from the hotel's own vineyard. We had a wonderful afternoon, and only wished we had room in our luggage to bring home more wine and oils. The restaurant served first-class meals, and breakfast had an unbelievable choice. San Gimignano is a beautiful old town a short walk away. We took the complimentary shuttle into town and walked back downhill. The hotel was immaculately clean and well maintained, and the staff were always helpful, attentive, and cheerful. Our holiday with my husband and friends was fantastic. To the family and staff, you're doing something right, we'll most definitely return.

Loved every part of our stay. The team were pleasant and helpful, the pools were great, and breakfast was so good. Parking is free, and there are free shuttles to San Gimignano, just a 5 minutes drive away. A perfect hotel! 👏🏻

We spent three nights at Hotel Sovestro and found it one of the best hotels in Tuscany. It's in a fantastic spot, away from city noise but close to the main attractions, with both San Gimignano and Siena easy to reach. The rooms are very clean and well equipped, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is among the most generous in Italy, with something for everyone. The restaurant next to the hotel costs a little more, as its ratings suggest, but the culinary experience is not to be missed. A great choice for this area.

We were back at Tenuta for our honeymoon after staying there last summer. We left that first visit wishing we had more time, then spent the whole year reminiscing, so coming back felt like the natural, perfect choice. Both properties have serene pools, a lovely place to read, relax, or cool off from the Tuscan sun. The restaurant was outstanding again. Our room was immaculate, perfectly air-conditioned, and incredibly comfortable. Tenuta is a one-stop destination; we could return year after year and never tire of it. It's just that special.
