We'd happily come back after a wonderful stay. The house is lovely and well equipped, with spacious, clean bedrooms that each have their own bathroom. The beautiful pool was regularly maintained while we were there. From the property, you can see both the Tuscan vineyards and the towers of San Gimignano. The owner and his family were friendly and quick to respond. Angiolo kindly didn't charge us for the heating we used a little during our week.

The owners were extremely kind and flexible about check-in and check-out, and the value for money makes this a place I'd recommend for a group vacation. It's surrounded by greenery with a stunning view of the Tuscan hills. The immaculately clean house has five double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, plus a kitchen and living room with a fireplace that comfortably fit our full group. The private pool was perfect for a relaxing afternoon.

We spent a weekend here with 10 adults, some under 40 and some over 60, plus two children aged 8 and 4. The farmhouse, garden, pool, BBQ, and view of San Gimignano were stunning. There are five rooms with a double bed and bathroom in each, and the large kitchen is well equipped. With a fireplace and two sofas, there was plenty of room. It's only 10 minutes from the center. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful, recommending where to buy meat and eat, and taking care of all our requests. Truly legendary.

I host guests myself, so I have certain expectations when I travel, and the welcome here went beyond what you'd expect from a high-end vacation. Communication was always extremely cordial, and the host paid close attention to what we needed. The house was perfect. We stayed in winter, but the rooms were comfortable in every way, with no issue from humidity or cold. There were nine of us, and the space worked so well that everyone had a pleasant, comfortable stay and enough privacy when needed. A wonderful experience.
