The owner gave us such a warm, friendly welcome and was incredibly helpful, taking care of everything we needed. The rooms are beautiful and thoughtfully equipped, with very new furnishings. I loved the mix of traditional Tuscan architecture and modern taste.

Stefano welcomed us so warmly and was attentive throughout. His tips for restaurants and things to see were excellent. The room is right by the entrance to San Gimignano, just a few steps from the convenient free P1 parking. It was quiet and clean, and a great base for exploring the city on foot. A lovely place to stay in Tuscany, highly recommended.

A clean, cozy room with all the essentials, and a friendly host. The location was great. There’s a shared spot for tea and coffee, and we also got a nice aperitivo at a local shop that sells meats, cheeses, and wine.
