The location is fantastic, and Donatella, the hostess, gave us really good service. The rest of the place was disappointing, though. The kitchen had very little equipment, and the house, pool, and surrounding areas all looked poorly maintained. There were only four sunbeds and two chairs by the pool, with no shade available, and the terraces had no chairs or tables either. In the Donatello apartment, the bedroom air-conditioning drain was blocked, so water ran down the wall and pooled on the floor. There was fungus on the walls too. I wouldn't recommend staying here for a vacation.

The view from the area was lovely, but there weren't even clean chairs to sit in and enjoy it. Our room was dirty, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and there wasn't any hot water for a shower. We arrived at about 10 PM and still had to wait 15 minutes for the room to be ready. A horrible place.

I wouldn't recommend going there. One person there, Paolo, behaved very badly, and the overall behavior was very bad.

So peaceful, clean, and nice. The only possible downside is the really bad Wi-Fi. I found it incredibly relaxing!

Getting there can be tricky. Don't be put off by the downhill route, even though it looks rough and has a 10% grade. It's short, and easier than taking the other way around.
