We keep coming back, and somehow it gets better each time. We’ve stayed here 8-9 times over the years. There are beautiful rooms and apartments, a lovely pool and gardens, and amazing views of the Tuscan countryside and San Gimignano. The town is a short walk up a quiet back road. You can also take cooking classes, try the wine and olive oil, or choose breakfast and dinner.

We loved our wine tour, which was informative and lovely, and breakfast was a delicious start to the day. The town of San Gimignano is about a 20-25 minute walk away, with plenty of other wineries in the area too. This was our favorite stay of the honeymoon, and I only wish we’d stayed longer. The staff made us feel welcome right away, and the views were stunning. We stayed in Teresa, with a picturesque view and sunrise. The room had a traditional feel with tasteful decor, and it was clear things were updated as needed and kept very clean.

Our apartment was spacious and had everything we needed to cook and feel at home. Breakfast and lunch were excellent, and the wine was very good too. We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Guardastelle. Aurora, part-owner Fausto, and the rest of the staff were lovely hosts. I’d highly recommend this bed and breakfast and winery to anyone staying around San Gimignano. I hope we get back to the area and Guardastelle again.

We really enjoyed the cooking class with Chef Beppe. The rooms were spacious and clean, and breakfast was great. There’s a beautiful property and pool, an easy walk into San Gimignano, and a short drive to Volterra and Siena. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed. I’d recommend it to anyone staying in Tuscany.

The food, grounds, rooms, and location were all amazing. We had a welcome dinner and a cooking class with the wonderful Chef Beppe, and had such a good time. Guardastelle’s wine and olive oil were wonderful too. This was our favorite place during our recent trip to Italy. THANK YOU all for a great time.
