I had dinner here with former colleagues and left completely satisfied. The waiter was highly professional, and when I'm in the area I'll definitely come back. We started with a generous, high-quality seafood appetizer, then sampled white seafood risotto and had a generous portion of tagliolini with red seafood. Mixed fried Adriatic fish followed, delicious, as shown in the photo I attached, along with baked gratin. It's a historic restaurant with a hotel in the center of San Ginesio. You can get seafood here just like on the Adriatic coast. Simply perfect in every way.

It's easy to park here, and eating outside along the main square of San Ginesio is really charming. Inside, the restaurant is in a renovated old hotel that still keeps some beautiful features from its past. There's a meat menu as well as the fish menu we chose, so there's something for everyone. The dishes were truly excellent, both for the ingredients and how they were prepared. Davide, the new manager, is superb at both cooking and running the place. We'll definitely return!

The town setting made the meal even more pleasant, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The service was excellent, with fresh, delicious fish served in generous portions and good value for the price. The restaurant was a wonderful surprise. Highly recommended. 🔝🔝🔝

We felt at home thanks to the staff, who were always smiling and helpful, and breakfast was plentiful. The rooms are charming and extraordinarily clean. The hotel is right on the town square, a great base for walking around the village. I'd recommend it if you're staying in San Ginesio.

The hotel is centrally located in San Ginesio, near Sarnano, the balcony of the Sibillini Mountains. Recently renovated and under new management, it has modern, clean, comfortable rooms. It's a three-star 'luxury' hotel, but below average.
