I spent three days on retreat in Bosco, digging into the area's history and the fascinating story of Garcia Ortega. La Locanda di Romeo is tucked away in the streets, with excellent food, local wine, and hospitality that's hard to match. The rooms are simple but cozy, and the view is breathtaking. I'll be back!

The welcome felt authentic, and the food was excellent. Everything was fresh, from the homemade pasta and meats to the dairy products and cured meats. The pizza was really good too, light and made with authentic ingredients.
