Marcaneto Hotel

Great.

The food was the worst part. For a hotel advertised as 4-star, the daily menu had just one dish for each course, with no alternatives. If you don't like or eat a particular food, you have no option to switch. I left a lot untouched, including lamb, both because it's something I don't eat and because it didn't look very good. I saw lamb, rice sartu, pseudo casatiello, and other dishes come back almost untouched. The children's menu isn't worth discussing. I strongly advise against this place. We ended up there by chance after booking another hotel in the same chain. They changed our booking at the last minute for reasons that were honestly unbelievable. The 4-star hotel's exterior looked a bit dated, though the welcome was friendly. The elevator to our room nearly stopped, and fortunately it did so on Easter Sunday with nobody inside. Our room was clean and had a sea view, but the bathroom didn't have even basic items like a shower cap or plastic cups for rinsing after brushing your teeth. The refrigerator didn't work, and the pillows were useless. There wasn't even a spare in the closet, something I've always found elsewhere. The hotel also isn't suitable for people with mobility issues. There's no side access ramp, and the wide staircase has no handrail.

We had a fantastic Easter weekend at Hotel Marcaneto. The views were breathtaking, our room was comfortable, and the common areas were clean and tidy. The whole property was well maintained, making it a relaxing place for even a short stay. The entertainment team brought extra fun with activities for children and adults, plus small excursions and outdoor activities. Staff were warm and professional from the moment we arrived, always smiling, attentive, and ready to help. Thanks to the manager and the whole team for making the weekend so memorable. We can't wait to return!

We were happy with the organization and services when we celebrated New Year's Eve here. The entertainment kept our children busy and made the stay really pleasant.
