It used to be a school and has been renovated. The apartments are modern and nicely furnished, though some don't have air conditioning. The location is excellent for visiting both Maratea and Marina di Camerota.

The owner is extremely kind and courteous, and the building is cared for down to the smallest detail. I'll be back.
