Monica was so helpful with tips about Val Brembana, the area, and its local traditions. Her own cooking is a treat too, made with fresh local produce from this agriturismo. Be sure to try the pasta casoncelli. The place is lovely, close to the San Pellegrino hot water baths and the Bergamasque mountains.

Breakfast was generous, with homemade local food and both sweet and savory choices. The owner also cooks dinner herself, which I recommend. She made us feel comfortable right away and was attentive and very kind. The carefully renovated 16th-century house has a warm, welcoming feel.

The setting is peaceful and quiet, yet easy to reach, and worked really well as a base for visiting nearby towns. The farmhouse itself has been restored with real care, with lovely details that respect its history and fit naturally into the landscape. We especially enjoyed the homemade food. Breakfast was wonderful, with many things made by the owner, and she is a fabulous cook. Her dinners and other dishes were all homemade and excellent. She was always kind and helpful, and her suggestions for places to see made it much easier to enjoy the area. We feel lucky to have spent a few days here and would happily come back.

The room was lovely and comfortable, and the village gets completely quiet at night. It's only 10 minutes from the spa. Mrs. Monica is delightful, and her cooking is wonderful, using ingredients from her garden and the mountains. Highly recommended.
10/10
The food is excellent, with generous traditional dishes at lunch and breakfast, and the atmosphere is wonderfully relaxing, surrounded by nature. Mrs. Monica is very kind and a skilled, friendly cook. She told us about the passion and care she put into renovating this 16th-century house. The rooms are quaint and kept meticulously, and the bathrooms opposite each room are just as well maintained and suit the property's style. Being able to adjust the heating to your liking was very convenient. We'll be back. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
