The best part was our host. We came to town to view houses and maybe buy one, but the company we had a reservation with wouldn't honor it and said we'd have to come back 😢. Once we explained, the host set up a meeting with a realtor so we could look at homes. We hope we found one to purchase, and couldn't have asked for a nicer experience. The rooms were comfortable and lovely, with shutters that block all the light and about 95% of the noise. Lots of restaurants are nearby.

We stayed here twice. The room was new and very nice, with a big bed, a great shower, and a friendly, helpful host.

Mr. Mario and his wife were so kind and helpful. They even came to collect us when we couldn't figure out how to reach the B&B, despite it being right in the heart of San Giovanni Gemini. We stayed there on Saturday, May 24th, to visit the Taratatà festival in Casteltermini, about 15 minutes away. The renovated property is cared for down to the details, with new furniture in the rooms and spotless sheets and towels. I chose the small room after asking for photos ☺️, and it still had every comfort: a good hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, an extra pillow, a blanket as well as the duvet, a TV, and air conditioning. I really have nothing else to add except that it deserves all 10 🌟 stars.
