The grounds are spacious, with outdoor barbecue and kids’ facilities. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a nice Italian spread, and the staff were kind.

The place itself is lovely and close to the city center. The rooms were nice, and both the service and staff were good.

The owners are very helpful, and the simple property is well managed. Shops are only steps away and the center is easy to reach. It’s right behind the new sanctuary, reached by a slightly uphill walk of perhaps 150-200 meters.

The owner’s warm, attentive help really shaped our stay. He gladly shared useful tips about places to visit and eat, and you can feel how much he cares. The atmosphere is relaxed and family-like. The property was clean, welcoming, and well looked after. It’s only a few minutes on foot from the Padre Pio Shrine, which suited our visit and meant we didn’t need to drive when we wanted time for meditation. Parking was ample, easy to use, and free, a real advantage in this busy pilgrim area. We had a lovely time and would happily return for the quiet, proximity, and sincere welcome.
