Centro Accoglienza Approdo

👍👍👍

We had a wonderful time at the annual parish pilgrimage. There were 63 of us, staying here on Saturday the 12th and Sunday the 13th. The calm, peaceful atmosphere was just right for a pilgrimage, and we were treated with real hospitality and kindness. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the restaurant was excellent. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting San Giovanni Rotondo.

What won us over was the kindness behind the booking. We paid online, but there was no deposit, and they explained that plans can always go wrong. I’ve never come across that kind of trust anywhere else, in Italy or abroad, and it’s enough to make us choose this place again. The stay itself was lovely too: spacious, clean rooms, a simple but delicious restaurant menu, and a good breakfast. The restaurant team were so friendly, and the reception staff were courteous and helpful. The location is excellent, not far from the Sanctuary. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and congratulations to the manager and all the staff.

The views are extraordinary, and the place feels quiet and welcoming. It’s close to the churches of Padre Pio. My room was very large and clean, with air conditioning and a TV. The reception team were knowledgeable and incredibly kind. The accommodation is also very suitable for guests with disabilities. I recommend it.
