I was ill for two days during my stay, and one of the receptionists even went home to get me some medicine and brought it back. Giulia was also lovely and easy to talk to whenever I needed anything. I stayed a few days and everything worked out perfectly for me. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even better than the already perfect location.

First time staying here, and it felt like being with family. I'll be back, with my family too. Fabio and Giulia are always smiling, kind, and helpful, and the hotel is excellent value. Its location is really practical since San Giovanni Rotondo isn't set up for getting around by car. You have to walk, and being close to the Sanctuary, churches, and hospitals makes it a great option for visiting the Saint or for medical reasons. A big thank you to the shop assistants Damiana and Maria. Their friendliness and empathy come with smiles that lift your mood. Thanks as well to Antonio at night, the waitresses, and Silvestro, the restaurant manager. They were kind and ready to meet every request. The food was excellent, and breakfast had plenty of both sweet and savory choices. The cleaning staff also do a great job looking after the hotel and rooms. Thank you all, see you soon, Vincenzo and family.
