We settled in at Il Fontanile with our friends in a four-person tent and had a fantastic time. The garden was beautiful, the oven had a pizza base, there was a lovely fire warming my feet, and fresh orchard produce. We were so happy with it that we did it again. Thank you, Marzio, Maria Teresa, Linda & Aurora, for the wonderful birthday and for being the first people we met there! We also spent three weeks here with our two dogs. Linda and Aurora gave us a warm welcome, with a fire already going and a delicious cake waiting for us. There was baking and there were toys for the dogs, plus fresh vegetables from the garden. The place was cozy and tastefully decorated. We'll definitely be back!

We've travelled to so many places around the world, and this one beats them all in every way. For years to come, it'll be our home away from home.
