zen escape

Our stay at Zen Escape was deeply disappointing. We booked a Family Suite with 2 queen beds but were assigned a smaller Deluxe Suite with only 1 bed and a sofa that hadn’t been prepared. We also found someone else’s dirty underwear between the sheets, which raised serious hygiene concerns. When we told management, they denied the issue and offered neither an apology nor an explanation. They also refused to refund us for the downgrade or the incident. Avoid if cleanliness and basic customer care matter to you.

The suite’s layout made it feel private and relaxing, and the sauna and hot tub both worked very well. I stayed in the Zen Deluxe Suite, spread over two levels, and was impressed right away by how clean and well maintained everything was. The sauna reached its set temperature quickly, and the modern tub had several functions and programs. There were two showers, a very comfortable memory foam bed, and two refrigerators, a handy detail for longer stays or keeping drinks cold. The huge TV offered music and movie platforms too. Parking isn’t private, but I found a spot close to the property. I booked directly through the website using the phone number provided, and the lady was very kind. Booking was quick and easy. An excellent stay for anyone after comfort, relaxation, and privacy.

The only thing that could be improved is breakfast: I’d like to know what the voucher covers, and have another option for days when the bar is closed. Otherwise, everything was perfect, and this will be a new go-to for my business trips. Parking was easy, and the new, modern place feels welcoming and thoughtfully put together. My Zen room had a whirlpool tub, a sauna, and a little coffee and herbal tea corner. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and pillows, a lovely shower, soft towels, a sitting area, and a 70-inch TV.

My husband and I had such a good stay. It felt like being in a spa, only better because we could take our time without limits. The room was beautiful and every detail had been thought through. It was impeccably clean, with a huge TV, a super-comfortable bed and memory foam pillows, plus a stunning sauna and a tub that felt like a swimming pool. The owner was very kind and even gave me a little something for my birthday. That evening we ordered takeout so we didn’t have to go out, and enjoyed the room right until the last moment. We’ll definitely be back. TUSA.
