The hot tub was such a treat, and the place itself was peaceful and quiet. Our room was clean and cozy, and breakfast came in a generous, varied spread with excellent baked goods. Gianna was so helpful, welcoming, and kind. Everything felt beautiful, relaxing, and well cared for.

Andrea and his staff made the stay special with all the thoughtful little touches, and we hope to come back. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the toiletries were good quality. The property is new, spotlessly clean, and furnished with real taste. Breakfast had plenty of variety, including fruit, and there was always a selection of drinks available. San Marino and San Leo are both about 20 minutes away. The view of San Marino was beautiful, especially at night.

The only little drawback is the road up, which isn't great, though it doesn't take away from the place. Once there, the rooms feel welcoming and comfortable, with thoughtful details and fine furnishings after a recent renovation. It's surrounded by peaceful nature, about twenty minutes from San Marino. Breakfast was a generous Italian spread of sweet and savory baked goods. The highlight was soaking in the Jacuzzi with the panoramic view.
