Hotel Hurtmuehle Kronblick

The breakfast was out of the ordinary, and after a hike the swimming pool was so relaxing. Communication was clear, too. It’s a friendly, clean, family-run hotel with a good balance of price and quality. Best place I’ve visited in years. We left feeling totally recharged by the relaxed atmosphere and hope to return soon.

We loved being surrounded by nature. The pool, the view over the village, the little river running alongside, and the vegetable garden were all lovely, and it was nice to have a balcony. The bathroom is a little plain and old, but it works. If you need a pool towel, you can ask for one from the spa. We really appreciated the team, the breakfasts, and the dinners. We also liked their wine and spritz. There’s a pizza place in the village, about a 10-minute walk or 2-minute drive away. When we had a car problem, they helped us sort it out. Thank you so much!

I stayed from 8 to 11 August 2025, and I travel a lot. This family-run hotel provides excellent service, with a team that goes above and beyond to make guests comfortable. Andrea even drove us to dinner in his own car, and every morning started with a brilliant cup of coffee. The hotel also drove us to our transport in time for our return journey. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting KRONPLATZ anyday.

The staff were very friendly, and the rooms were clean and spacious. Summer nights can be uncomfortable when it’s hot, since there’s no air conditioning or fan. Breakfast was a simple but tasty buffet. Dinner started with a delicious, generous first-course buffet; the second course was nothing special, while dessert was good. Cocktail prices were fair.
