I’ve spent 10 days trying to arrange a reservation for a two-room apartment. They quoted a price, and I accepted, but the next day they said that apartment wasn’t available and offered a one-room apartment instead, which is normally cheaper. I agreed to switch, but asked for a lower price since the first apartment we’d agreed on was better. They refused, saying it was high season and I had to accept the high price. I’ve wasted days on calls and emails, only for them to change both the room and price they offered. What kind of business ethic is that?
