Chalet Purmontes

Way too expensive.

The service was lovely, and our waiter was genuinely kind and welcoming. Every little touch made it clear they cared about the experience, which made our secluded honeymoon getaway feel special. Still, being charged for water seemed odd in such a remote spot. It was really hot in the room at night, so the AC needs attention. I also wish they offered a fixed menu every day and served real bottled water instead of tap water. The coffee machine needed cleaning and refilling, so we basically didn't use it.

The childcare made a big difference for us as a family. Our 4-year-old son was looked after so lovingly that we could properly relax and enjoy ourselves. We also want to thank Elisabeth, Helmut, and Max. Their warm, attentive hosting made the vacation feel special, with every wish anticipated and taken care of. The cuisine was outstanding, and every meal was creative, high-quality, and expertly prepared. We had an unforgettable stay at Purmontes in St. Lorenzen. It combines luxury with a deeply personal feel, more like a home away from home than just a hotel.

We felt warmly welcomed as soon as we arrived for dinner at Purmontes. The food was superb, and the whole hotel has a stunning ambiance. Getting to tour the spa area and a chalet afterward was a real treat. We're already looking forward to coming back.
