We went in December and found the rooms warm and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms. They’re spread across the farmhouses in a quiet countryside setting. Breakfast isn’t especially extensive, but it matches the price, and the staff are very friendly.

Ugo and Agata were friendly and helpful, with good suggestions for enjoying the area. Their hospitality made an already relaxing stay feel welcoming. The property is surrounded by nature, and the lovely setting is peaceful. We especially enjoyed the splendid pool overlooking the Umbrian hills. Our room was spacious, clean, and carefully maintained, with a homely feel. Breakfast was a pleasure each morning, with authentic homemade products. Il Borghetto is a lovely choice if you’re looking for nature, comfort, and warm hospitality in Umbria. We’ll definitely return.
