We felt cheated by how this was handled. We’d booked two apartments for five people each by email and clearly listed everyone’s ages: five adults and five children. The owner sent a price quote, and we accepted it. When we arrived, only four beds had been made up in each apartment. We asked for the fifth bed as agreed in the emails, but the owner insisted we would have to pay more. She kept insisting despite all the evidence.
