Our family had a great time walking with the alpacas. We went with our three- and five-year-old kids, and Mauricio and his daughters were all very friendly. We hadn’t checked any websites or expected to see 100 animals after reading other reviews. We came for the alpacas and had an amazing time, while the other animals were a nice extra.

The views and the atmosphere, with animals all around, make this a lovely place, and the kids especially enjoyed it. Getting there is tricky, though, and you’ll need to drive out for dinner at night on difficult roads. Even so, it’s worth the effort. There are lots of animals, and breakfast is simple but homemade.

We had a pleasant one-night stay and everything was okay. The location is lovely and feels quite disconnected, and hearing the dogs howl in the morning was pretty cool. The team were supportive. I would have liked more conversation, but the language barrier can be hard to get past.

Lots of animals around, cats and dogs as well as llamas, which was vera fun for small kids. The place is in a beautiful natural setting, with clean rooms, tasty homemade food, and affordable prices.

What stayed with me most was the sense of love for the animals and nature here, and the peaceful feeling that comes with it. We visited this wonderful educational farm this morning, and the staff welcomed us so warmly and generously. They shared lots of interesting details about the animals with real passion. My wife and three-year-old son went on a llama walk, which was a lovely experience for all of us.
