We stayed for 10 nights and loved every moment, thanks to the people who make Hotel Miravalle so special. Emanuelle is the good soul of the place, always elegant, helpful and smiling. The owners were genuinely welcoming, organised everything so well, and shared thoughtful recommendations that helped us enjoy our holiday. The kitchen and service teams deserve a mention too. The wait staff were attentive and friendly, and the chefs kept serving delicious, high-quality meals. Our room was prepared perfectly every day. From the hotel and its superb location to the warm, professional staff, excellent food and thoughtful management, everything was outstanding. We felt cared for and appreciated. We’d certainly return 😃

The staff made us feel so well looked after, and we especially enjoyed the little village quiz trail. You look for answers as you explore, then get a small souvenir if you solve them all. We tried it in bad weather, and it was a great way to take in the whole place. A car is useful for visiting the many sights nearby. We stayed three nights and wished we'd booked more. The rooms were lovely and comfortable after their renovation, and dinner and breakfast featured local food. I was amazed by the range of cheeses.

San Lorenzo has such a lovely feel, and the hotel made our trip even better. We had a great time, with wonderful views and delicious meals at both breakfast and dinner. Everything suited us, and we'd happily return.

We loved the food, especially the fresh fruit and vegetables each day and the homemade focaccia. Restaurant staff kept the buffet topped up quickly and were always around when needed. Our newly renovated room was spotless, too. It was such a peaceful week in July. The staff were very professional and friendly, and my daughter had a great time at the mini club. The young team kept all the children happy and entertained. There are plenty of nearby excursions if you want to get out and explore. We're already ready to book for next year. Thanks, miravalle, for a truly relaxing week in the mountains!

The kids loved the playground, and seeing the horses and donkeys was a highlight for them. We all found the rooms comfortable, and the whole place felt relaxed and luxurious without being stiff. The menu had lots to choose from, and everyone from ages 3 to 65 enjoyed the food. Our favorite was the Mach, Pinot Grigio. Drinks were especially good value. We run vacation rentals ourselves, so we noticed the care and passion in how the hotel is managed. It clearly has a family feel. The host was lovely, and communication before we arrived was great, even with our changes and requests. The staff were warm and attentive, and the scenery from the huge balcony was beautiful. It's well placed for a family break, whether you want to stay around the hotel all day or go on excursions. After an 11.5-hour trip home, we're tired but happy. It was wonderful, and we'll be back.
