Our suite was cozy and had room for two adults and three children. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, with a sweet playground, a lovely pool, and a hot tub. Dinner was one of the best meals I've had, with service to match. I live in a city known for its restaurants, so we have high standards. Borgo Rosso di Sera is a real gem, tucked into a quiet hillside with lovely sea views, great food and service, and comfortable rooms. We only found it at the last minute while passing through Soutern Italy, and wished we could have stayed longer. I'd love to return one day.

The drive up to this mountain resort needs care, given where it sits. Once there, though, it feels peaceful and close to nature. We had a great night in this beautiful place, and the owner was very kind, even giving us complimentary water bottles when we checked out for our road trip. Breakfast could use more variety, especially some additional non-pork choices.

The kids' playground is really nice, and the place itself is clean and elegant. The gourmet pizza was good, though not especially surprising, as many options weren't available because seasonal ingredients were missing. Prices are medium-high. I'd recommend it if you're in the area.

I paid for a night's stay and there was a wedding right above my room, making noise until 12:30. Nobody warned me or offered to move me. Their response was basically, tough luck. The staff were incredibly rude. DO NOT GO!!!

The hotel itself is nice, but they showed no regard for guests trying to rest. Tables for a birthday party were set up in the garden right beside the rooms, and the loud music, shouting, and general noise continued until 2 a.m. Nobody warned us beforehand or offered another option. I can't recommend this place to anyone wanting some peace and quiet. That kind of noise and lack of consideration is unacceptable for a hotel offering hospitality.
