We had an absolutely wonderful time. Christian, the hotel manager, was attentive to everything we needed, and the women on the staff were always there to help. It was one of our best stays in Europe. Highly recommended!

We only spent one night here, but would have gladly stayed longer if we’d had the time. A complimentary aperitif with snacks and live music gave the stay a warm, welcoming start. The three-course dinner for €30 per person was outstanding, with a thoughtful wine selection to go with it. The owner personally helped us arrange transport to Passo Valles, where there was no public transport, and all the staff were attentive, friendly, and professional. Our only small issue was the room on the second floor beside the elevator. We could hear it now and then when it was in use. We’d happily stay again.

The balcony view was breathtaking, and having a huge free parking lot was a real bonus. We spent two nights in September and found the price very fair. The rooms were nicely designed, always clean, and smelled good. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. You can also use the wellness area for 15€ per person. We had a great time and will definitely come back.

The breakfast buffet was huge, and we loved having a different dinner each night. The kitchen and chef were top notch, and the hotel manager recommended a wine to go with it. We stayed nine nights in the off season, and the room was always clean. The staff were so lovely, and reception gave us sightseeing and hiking tips. We were very satisfied and would come back anytime. 😊
