We come every winter and already feel like part of the family. It’s one of the best hotels in San Martino di Castrozza, welcomes dogs, has a very good restaurant, and serves a fantastic breakfast.

The views towards Pale and Rosetta were fabulous, and we enjoyed seeing some local culture since most guests seemed to be Italian. This is a lovely little family-run hotel in a great location, with very good service. Our junior suite was on the small side, but it was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom worked well. Dinner was nice, with a decent salad bar. Finding lactose-free options took some effort, though they made us good pasta and fish in the end. There were no porters to help with luggage.

We loved staying here, and it was great that we could bring our dog. The bed was comfortable, everything was clean and lovely, and the service was really friendly. Breakfast was incredible, and dinner was very good. There’s so much amazing nature around to enjoy!

We’ll definitely come back. It has that comfortable, home-like feel, and the hotel is clean and well connected to the ski resort shuttles. The staff were friendly and courteous, while the food was excellent. The facilities and service were impressive too. Special thanks to Giovanna, the manager, Marianna at the bar, and Mia, our waitress. It felt every bit as good as a four-star hotel.
