The setting looks wonderfully peaceful, with the mountain views and forest all around. From the balcony scenery to the outdoor seating and landscaped grounds, it seems like a lovely place to unwind. Hotel Fantazia has a charming exterior and well-kept building, with cozy balconies that add to its welcoming feel. Based on what I saw, I’d highly recommend a stay for nature lovers.

The view is worth every cent. The hotel itself was okay, nothing fancy. There was no elevator, air conditioning, or fans. Breakfast was alright, but the boiled eggs were cold on both days we stayed. I have no idea why.

Our booking was cancelled with just over three weeks left before the trip, after the hotel had not replied to our messages as we were getting ready to leave. We were left scrambling to find somewhere else. Thankfully, the tour operator arranged a nicer place for us. We never actually stayed, so I can't comment on the hotel itself, but I found this dishonest and untrustworthy. I wouldn't book here.

Parking was a little tricky, and the room felt somewhat dated. Dinner was alright, though the view from the room was very nice.

The food was absolutely horrible, and the rooms were unpleasant. A staff member, apparently Italian, bumped into me and spilled my chocolate milk. He just chuckled at how upset I was and walked off without getting me another. That fit with the general mediocrity of the place.
