We had a wonderful first Christmas holiday in the mountains. The apartment right in the town center was lovely, with everything we needed for our five-day stay. Breakfast arrived on a trolley outside our room at 7:30, and there was plenty of fresh food with lots of variety. On Christmas Day they even brought us a Panettone. Having breakfast in our room was much more relaxing than getting dressed and going to a breakfast room. It would've been handy to have coffee capsules waiting when we arrived so we could use the machine on the first day, but otherwise everything was great: slippers in the bathroom, homemade biscuits on arrival, and a huge fridge-freezer. Thanks, Giulia, for making the stay so relaxing and memorable. Hope to see you again soon. Happy New Year to all the staff.

The apartments inside the hotel are spacious and look nice, but the service and responsiveness were really poor. At €237 per night, we were left in the cold: the heating only came on for 2-3 hours in the evening, and it was extremely cold. We also had to wear our outdoor shoes inside because there were no disposable slippers, not even for after a shower. I went down to reception four times and found nobody there. It was empty at checkout too, so we left the keys and went.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the location is great. Our suite was huge and full of character, with even a little sauna cubicle in it. Absolutely superb, highly recommend.

The windows looked out onto lovely views, and the apartment was clean and warm. Staff were friendly and ready to help, and we even got fresh bread delivered to the door in the morning, a really nice extra. We found the place right in the town center, with everything close by and the skibus stop literally at the door. The spacious apartment looked just like the photos, and some units have two bathrooms, which was so handy when getting ready to ski or hike. There are saunas too, great after a cold day outdoors. There are plenty of places nearby for food, drinks, coffee, and Italian pastries. We had a lovely stay and would strongly recommend it.

Breakfast in our room with that view of the Pale di San Martino was a lovely way to wake up during our weekend at Castel Madonna with the kids. Such an enchanting place. A big thank you to Giulia for being so kind and helpful!
