Park Hotel Argento

We loved the pool and restaurant, and our little terrace was a lovely place to unwind in the evening. The hotel also has a free shuttle you can call from the station or city center, which was a real bonus. Staff were helpful and the amenities were nice. The room was comfortable, but looked quite dated and had no soundproofing. We could hear a lot from the neighboring rooms, which made it hard to sleep.

The restaurant was superb, and breakfast was included. Our room was large, clean, comfortable, and had a nice view from the terrace. We only stayed one night, but the service and hospitality impressed us throughout. Staff were friendly and helpful: they let us check in early, arranged the shuttle, and looked after us at the restaurant. Guests could use the wellness center and pool for free, including the sauna, steam room, emotional showers, pool, and lounge areas. The shuttle runs roughly 9am to 11pm between the hotel, station, and city center, and was very easy to use. The hotel is around a 15-minute walk from the station and beach. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The free shuttle was a standout for us. A quick notice, usually around 10 minutes or less, was enough to get a friendly driver to take us to the station or nearby town, always smiling. The staff made us feel like friends from the start, with real warmth and kindness at every turn. We stayed three nights at Park Hotel Argento and have traveled for decades, including many 4- and 5-star hotels around Europe and elsewhere, but this hospitality was unlike anything we’ve experienced. Our room was spacious, clean, and inviting after days of walking and sightseeing. The pool and spa were just right for relaxing, and breakfast was fresh, generous, and varied. We especially loved the juice press and fresh vegetables. It’s a fantastic base for exploring the area, and we’ll return and recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality stay with a big heart.

The food at the restaurant was really tasty, and the staff went out of their way when my wife felt unwell and brought food to our room. Breakfast was so good I almost wanted to save room for lunch out trying more Italian food. The pool was very clean, even to me as a former competitive swimmer, and the wellness area was great after exploring. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Parking was spacious and felt safe for a low sports car. It was easy to reach the hotel, and having a shuttle on request to the station or town center was great. A real win of a hotel.
