The staff and owner were especially friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, and the hotel was very pet-friendly. We loved the seating around the big fireplace, which made us feel like we were relaxing at home. It’s close to a ski area and still within walking distance of town.

The breakfast was a real highlight, with plenty of vegetables and homemade desserts, all varied and high quality. Staff serve guests from behind hygienic glass. The rooms were spotless, and the central spot made it easy to reach everything, including the ski bus if you’d rather not drive. We spent a week here and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting San Martino di Castrozza. Barbara and every member of her team were courteous, professional, helpful, and kind, always with a smile. We’ll definitely return.

The spa was the one thing that bothered us: lots of children, apparently with their parents’ approval, treated it like a swimming pool and disrupted the quiet, relaxing atmosphere it should have had. Even so, we had a great stay. The owners were friendly and helpful, the service was excellent, and the food was more than good. The location is lovely and close to the ski lifts. Our room was clean, though a little small, and the hotel has a naturally family-friendly feel.

Tommaso and Alessia in the dining room were so polite and considerate, and the reception team, Valentina and Laura, were wonderful too. Valentina checked in with me several times before we arrived, thank you for everything. We spent Christmas week here, and Mr. Marco did his best to meet every request we had. A huge thank you to everyone on staff, in every role. You were fantastic.
