Good value and nice accommodation close to Col Verde. The first-floor balcony is enormous. :)

I've been visiting San Martino for 15 years and stayed in various places, but never anywhere like this. This is my third time back, and they keep exceeding my expectations. My apartment was beautiful, genuinely spacious, impeccably maintained, and had every comfort. The kitchen had everything needed and more, and the very roomy bathroom had a lovely big shower. The beds were comfortable, and the cleaning was perfect. Parking is under the house, with enormous spaces. From my terrace, the view was breathtaking, one of the best in San Martino in my opinion. The staff and owner are kind and friendly, the crowning touch on an already perfect property.

The view of the Pale di San Martino was lovely, and the apartment itself was spotless, roomy, and had all the comforts we needed.

The owner made our arrival really easy, taking care of everything with great kindness and professionalism. The residence is new, clean, and in an excellent spot. There’s room for six, with two large bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, plus a spacious living room with a double bed and a fully equipped kitchen. Towels are changed every four days. It was all just right, and I’d happily recommend it. 👍
