We were sorry to leave after such a positive stay. The rooms were clean and smelled fresh, and the location had a lovely view of Vesuvius. The staff were welcoming and very kind, and the hotel's two dogs were friendly too.

I had a terrible stay. While my partner and I were sleeping, the owners or employees opened our door with a double key. The staff had no manners, and the service was disgusting. Breakfast was awful too, with croissants that looked like stones left on the floor. The room was old, the sheets were dirty, and there were plenty of other problems. I also saw men going in and out of some rooms, apparently to meet escorts. What has Italy come to? This hotel gets zero from me, and I don't recommend it.

Dinner was really nice, with primo, secondo, and dessert. The rooms were large, clean, and tidy, so the hotel was quite okay overall. Breakfast wasn't very good, though there was fresh fruit and croissants. In the evening, you may have to let the shower run for a few minutes before the hot water comes.
