The garden is lush and so carefully looked after, and the apartment was spotless with every comfort. Andrea and Mrs. Lidia were genuinely kind and helpful. It felt like having a home away from home. Highly recommended.

Andrea, the owner, was kind and always available, and the villa had all the comforts we needed. It’s spacious, clean, and well looked after, with covered parking. The sunsets are stunning, and it’s a great base for the island’s most beautiful beaches. Capoliveri is close enough to walk back from. Right outside is a public lot where the Wednesday market is held, and the free shuttle runs every 12-15 minutes all evening until midnight. We had a wonderful week! 👍🏼💓

Everything felt thoughtful, from the classy furnishings to the kind, attentive welcome. There’s a garden, barbecue, and parking right in front of the house. You’re very close to Capoliveri and some of Elba’s loveliest beaches, with every comfort you could want. Highly recommended.

Andrea was open, very helpful, and flexible throughout. The house has four units in different sizes and is close enough to Capoliveri that we could walk to the center in a few minutes. Private parking is next to the entrance. Our apartment was well maintained, a good size, and had everything we needed, plus a table and loungers in the private outdoor area. A very positive stay, recommended if you want comfort and privacy.
