The dogs were the big downside for us. On our first evening they barked continuously during dinner, and on the other nights they were in the reception or bar area while we were gathered for quiz games. Aside from that, it’s a great family hotel. There’s a kids' club with limited morning and afternoon babysitting hours for children aged 4 and up, and the staff are great. The ski slopes are right outside the hotel, the spa is nice, and the wait staff were exceptional. Dinner options were always satisfying.

10/10
The food was delicious, and the staff were really pleasant. The rooms were fantastic, with comfortable beds and a bathroom I loved, especially the shower. Some reviews call the place old, but they may be out of date: it’s been renovated recently and now has a contemporary style.

The spa was magnificent, the Wi-Fi was excellent, and the bed was comfortable. The shower had lovely hot water, too. Great location, delicious restaurant, and wonderful customer service. Thank you, we’ll definitely be back.

The spa felt too small for a hotel of this size.
