We only stayed one night, but really enjoyed it. The hosts were incredibly welcoming when we booked and throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious, served in a friendly but discreet way. Our room was tastefully decorated and very spacious, with a king-size bed and a large, fully equipped bathroom and shower. The Campitello Matese slopes are a 15-minute drive away. Two small suggestions: clearer signage for the entrance might help, though we arrived late in the evening in the rain and may have missed it. Also, breakfast jam and spread came in single portions, and a more sustainable option would be better.

We found the area easy to explore from this strategic location. The owners welcomed us warmly, were attentive, and gave us all the information we needed to discover the area. Our room was spacious, warm, quiet, and spotlessly clean, with a comfortable king-size bed and a fully equipped bathroom. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful, with a thoughtful selection of local products and homemade desserts. Highly recommended!

Dionisio and Laura were incredibly kind and helpful, sharing plenty of information about places to visit, excursion contacts, and where to try local dishes. The property is in the center of San Massimo, a charming little village that makes getting around easy. Everything is less than a 20-minute drive away, and the road is convenient for parking. We stayed in the "Agape" room, which was bright, spacious, and comfortable, with a super-comfy bed and excellent pillows. It was tastefully furnished and had every amenity, including a phenomenal courtesy kit and a modern shower with perfect showerheads and brand-new inserts. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, especially Laura's pancakes. The room was clean, fragrant, and charming, and the cleanliness was impeccable. They fully followed anti-Covid regulations. Highly recommended!
