This place is terrible for the price. I'd choose somewhere else. In reply to the owner's comment: you should pay attention to the reviews people leave about your business instead of focusing on the ones I leave elsewhere. Oddly enough, those reviews seem to match what I said. Since reality seems to have upset you, maybe you should have taken care of the business first and avoided getting reviews like this. I only told the truth.

The room had what I needed for a one-night stay, and I thought the location was nice. I'd been concerned by the bad reviews, but for me it was perfectly fine and fair value for the money.

For the price, the location was good and the beds were clean. The place wasn't maintained very well, though. The shower was dirty, and the locks were a little tricky to use.

We were walking the Via Francigena with four friends and stayed at Emanuele's in the historic center of San Miniato Alto. The staff were courteous and friendly, and the price was good. Our room for four was spacious and had everything we needed, including a clean, comfortable, well-equipped bathroom.

Mr. Emanuele is always so helpful and kind, and the price was fair. We found everything spotlessly clean, with all the linens provided and free Wi-Fi. The large room had a private bathroom with a window, a hairdryer, bidet, and a generous shower with reliably hot water. There was also air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a mini-fridge. French windows opened onto a balcony looking over the valley. Truly five-star.
