We liked this stay so much on our way to Sicily that we changed our plans and returned on the way back. It's a perfect base in this hidden corner of Calabria. The owner didn't speak English, but that wasn't an issue: he was warm and welcoming, and Google Translate helped us communicate really well. He even arranged a boat trip to Isola Dino and Arcomagno on a day when none were running. The rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable, with good mattresses. Breakfast was sweet, too. Nothing to complain about, we'd recommend it.

We felt looked after from the minute we arrived, thanks to the kind, welcoming owner, who was always around to help. The staff were friendly and knew their stuff, and breakfast was excellent on the lovely patio inside the building. The B&B sits in central San Nicola Arcella, in a 19th-century building that's recently been renovated and furnished with taste. Our room was spacious and clean. There is private parking. Five stars, and I hope to come back soon.

I only managed a couple of days here because of work, but it was a lovely, welcoming place right in the center. The rooms are roomy and well equipped, and breakfast was excellent. It seems especially suited to younger guests looking for a night out in a lively neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Breakfast was classic fare, but prepared well and brought to the table, so there was no buffet rush. I did wish it started earlier than 8:15, ideally at 7:30. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and prices were average and fair for the property. The place is clean, nicely renovated and well located, with free parking nearby and even a walkable route to Arco Magno beach. I noticed thoughtful touches like wooden hangers, a room safe, air conditioning switched on before we arrived and new furniture. I'll definitely return.
