The staff were some of the friendliest and most helpful I met in Italy. They even upgraded us to a beautiful room overlooking the lake, with a lovely view both day and night. The room was warm, and the shower was hot, which we really appreciated since many hotels in the Dolomites are cold. Breakfast had a great selection of food and drinks too. We hope to return someday and explore more of the town. What a beautiful place!

Our lake-view room was nice, and the staff were professional. Breakfast was very good, and for the price, it’s one of the best value places in the region. The only drawbacks were the busy road below the window and the apartment doors, which aren’t very soundproof, so noise carries easily.

We spent two nights here and had no issues. The room was clean, and the lake view from our free balcony upgrade was amazing. Both receptionists were so friendly and thoughtful.
