We left the car in the hotel lot and barely thought about it again until checkout. Restaurants, shops, and nightlife are all an easy walk away. The place has a lovely atmosphere, and being perched up on the hill means you get great views from the room and the pool patio. A really Italian hotel, and we loved our time here.

The staff made our 10-day stay especially enjoyable. Breakfast was fresh and amazing each day, the bartender made tasty drinks and snacks, and reception was always friendly and ready to help. Since the hotel is small, we saw familiar faces most days, which made things feel personal. Many employees spoke good English and were happy to chat. The hotel itself is peaceful, with mountain views, even though the lively town centre is only a few minutes away on foot. We had a wonderful stay at the beautiful Arathena hotel and would absolutely recommend it as a base for discovering north-eastern Sardinia.

San Pantaleo was perfection, and this was a great place to stay while exploring north Sardinia. It was easy to get to town, and parking was free. We also had great service, a lovely breakfast, and a pool with unreal views. The only things I’d change were the hard bed and the shower, which had no light inside. It was usable, but could be improved. I’d recommend the hotel and book here again.

The infinity pool and stunning views made this feel like a special place, and the staff were the kindest. This was easily our favorite stay of the whole trip. If you’re visiting the area, this hotel is a must-stay. We can’t wait to come back one day!

The breakfast was fantastic, and everything was spotless. I also thought the shower was excellent. The staff were very kind and helpful. The design has a countryside charm, though it may feel a little outdated.
